Where in the U.S. does blackopalbeauty.com deliver?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.  Please note, we are currently unable to ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Military or Diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).


Does blackopalbeauty.com ship internationally?

No.  We do not ship to international addresses, including Canada.  Nor do we ship to any U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, with the exception of U.S. Federal Holidays.

Please also note:

  • Orders ship via Federal Express and the estimated number of days to deliver include processing time.
  • Orders with Standard service will be shipped using Federal Express Ground or FedEx SmartPost, depending on the shipping destination.
  • Expedited and Express service require a signature upon delivery.
  • Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must use Express service and incur a $10 surcharge which is included in the $31.00 shipping fee for these destinations.
  • Please verify shipping address entered before submitting order.   It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping information.  Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer's error will not be replaced or refunded.

How do I track my package?

There are two ways to track your package once it has shipped: 

  • Upon completion of checkout, you may opt-in receive SMS notifications about your order’s delivery status on your mobile phone.
  • When your order ships, you will be sent an email notification that will include the order’s tracking number.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Federal Express SmartPost is our preferred carrier for Standard Service. It is a combination of Federal Express and USPS (US Postal Services). Delivery date provided by Federal Express is the delivery date to your local post office, not to your door. Allow 1 or 2 additional business days for your package to be delivered at your address by your local post office. Express and Expedited shipments are delivered by Federal Express.

 

Returns

What is blackopalbeauty.com's returns policy?

Any product purchased on blackopalbeauty,com can be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of purchase as indicated on your invoice/packing list. Products purchased as part of a set cannot be returned individually. The entire set must be returned. Return shipping and handling fees are at customer's expense.


If I make a return, will the cost of shipping and handling be returned?

We do not refund shipping costs associated with returns.


What if I received an incorrect or damaged item?

Please contact Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-774-3477, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm or via email at customerservice@blackopalbeauty.com.


How should I return products?

We recommend using a traceable method such as USPS Insured Parcel Post or Regular Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Original packing slip should be included noting items being returned. Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return package at our returns facility. If you are unable to find your packing list, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-774-3477, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, or via email at customerservice@blackopalbeauty.com for assistance.

How long does it take to process a refund?

It takes up to 10 business days from the time your return is received to process and credit your original form of payment. An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. It may take 1 or 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.


What should I do if I have lost my packing slip?

If you have lost your packing slip, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-774-3477, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm or via email customerservice@blackopalbeauty.com.


May I return Black Opal products purchased from a retail store or other website to blackopalbeauty.com?

No. We can only accept returns for products purchased on blackopalbeauty.com.
